Place value

LI: To identify the values of individual numeral.

Today for maths we were learning about place values.We had to look at numbers and put them into 1000s, 100s, 10s and 1s. I found it kind of hard. We had to use a place value abacus to sort out the numbers. we had to put blue little box in the place value abacus in the right column. We also had to work out how many groups of tens and hundreds were in the whole number.
